Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, and unused. You’ll also need to provide your order number and/or name to provide proof of purchase.

Once your return is received at our fulfillment center please allow 2-3 days for the return to be processed. It will be inspected by our returns team to determine if your order is eligible for a refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns if the item has been opened, appears to be dirty, and/or shows indication it has been tampered with. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

Please email us your return tracking number when you send us your return package. Allow 7-14 days for the return package to ship, arrive to us, and for our team to inspect it. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at leanlabslifestyle@gmail.com
